Shipping & Returns

1. Hardware Fulfillment & Shipping

We assemble, test, and package physical robotics hardware. Because every unit undergoes strict quality assurance before leaving our facility, please allow 3-5 business days for standard order processing.

• Custom & Bulk Orders: Institutional orders or customized AI platforms require tailored manufacturing timelines, which will be quoted directly on your invoice.
• Shipping Carriers: We use specialized freight and courier partners equipped to handle fragile electronics safely across India.

2. Damaged in Transit

We package our robots securely, but rough handling by logistics providers can happen. If your hardware arrives with physical damage to the shipping box or the product itself:

• You must report the damage to us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Take clear photos and videos of the damaged shipping box before opening it, as well as photos and videos of the damaged hardware.
• Email these photos and your invoice to guavarobotics@gmail.com to initiate a freight claim and replacement.

3. RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

If you receive a defective unit (e.g., a dead motor or a faulty embedded board out of the box), you have 7 days from delivery to request an RMA for repair or replacement.

• Do not ship hardware back without an RMA number. It will be rejected at our facility.
• The hardware must be returned in its original, protective packaging to prevent further damage during the return trip.
• If the issue is deemed a manufacturing defect, Guava Robotics will cover the return shipping costs. If the damage was caused by user error (e.g., dropping the unit or short-circuiting the board), you will be responsible for shipping and repair costs.

4. Returns for Refund (Restocking Fee)

Because of the time, labor, and testing required to manufacture and refurbish our robotics platforms, hardware returned simply because of a "change of mind" is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The unit must be in pristine, un-driven, and resalable condition.
