Welcome to Guava Robotics. By purchasing our physical hardware, robotics kits, or embedded systems, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before operating any Guava Robotics equipment.

1. Hardware Warranty & Modifications

We take pride in our engineering. Guava Robotics provides a 6-month limited warranty on all factory-assembled hardware (such as the Pandu V models) covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

• Voiding the Warranty: Unauthorized disassembly, modifying the internal circuitry, splicing wires, or flashing third-party firmware onto our proprietary boards will immediately void your warranty.
• Consumables: Items subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., treads, wheels, standard batteries, and external chassis scratches) are not covered under the limited warranty.

2. Safe Operation & Liability

Robotics involves moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, and sometimes heavy components. By purchasing our products, you assume all responsibility for their safe operation.

• Guava Robotics is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or loss of data resulting from the improper use, collision, or malfunction of our robots.
• Products must be kept away from water, extreme heat, and environments they were not rated for.
• Adult supervision is required when our STEM education kits are used by minors.

3. Product Availability and Specifications

Because we manufacture physical goods, our inventory fluctuates. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. Furthermore, as we continuously improve our hardware, we reserve the right to alter the specifications, colors, or materials of our models (e.g., upgrading a sensor type on the Pandu V 1.1) without prior notice.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our hardware will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gorakhpur.
